She’s a familiar face around town, only now she’s wearing a couple of new hats. Having helped countless locals secure mortgages and restructure their debt over the last 21 years, Tania Heighway has made the move to leave the bank and is excited to become a qualified Mortgage and Insurance Adviser in her own right, backed by Cole Murray.
Now that she’s not aligned with any one provider, Tania is excited to be able to assist Wairoa & Gisborne people with a wider, more flexible range of services and advice.
With the support of Cole Murray’s extensive finance industry experience, Tania stands ready to become even more helpful to clients who are often in what can be a stressful or confusing time when sorting out mortgages, insurance and KiwiSaver.

Tania and her family continue to be based in the Wairoa District, and area she loves, has never left and never intends to!
“It is a District with extreme beauty and the friendliest people you are likely to meet. Wairoa people know each other and genuinely care about each other” she says.
Basing herself out of the Wairoa Taiwhenua office on Bridge Street, and also being mobile, Tania will now be easier to reach, no longer being confined to business hours or weekdays. She welcomes any clients, whether they be new faces or people she’s helped before, to get in touch for anything financial.
