Cole Murray Group is growing! We have joined forces with Mortgage & Insurance Link Hawke’s Bay. This is an exciting development for both businesses as it will grow the resources available to all our clients.
Mortgage & Insurance Link Hawke’s Bay is headed up Judy Steiner. A well-known and respected mortgage and insurance adviser who has been at the forefront of the industry, in Hawke’s Bay, for over two decades.
Judy has built an exceptional business and her expertise and dedication have been instrumental in making Mortgage & Insurance Link the success it is today.
Succession planning has become important to Judy over the past few years. She has family in Australia and grandchildren that are quickly growing up. With Cole Murray purchasing the business it gives her the opportunity to continue serving her clients with the same passion and dedication she always has, while also having the freedom to spend more time with her family.
The acquisition means Judy and her team will be able to broaden their offerings to clients with access to KiwiSaver, investment, domestic and business insurance advice through the Cole Murray adviser team.
“It was an easy decision to go forward with Cole Murray as we had the same vision and outcomes. I have a lot of respect and trust in the Cole Murray team, so I am very excited. It has been a fantastic opportunity for both of us, especially for me to be able to step down from ownership and continue the work I love,” Steiner told Hawke’s Bay Today.
Cole Murray is excited about the opportunities this acquisition will bring. There will now be 12 advisers available to our clients for mortgages, life and health insurance, domestic and business insurance, KiwiSaver, investments, and financial planning.
“It is a small world and change comes quick. Judy wrote our mortgage when we arrived in Hawke’s Bay in 2018, so we have a long-standing relationship with Judy and her team already. The Mortgage & Insurance Link office is based in central Napier, with plenty of meeting rooms available. This gives the opportunity to any of our clients in Napier and surrounding areas to be able to meet us in person, in Napier, if it is more convenient.
Despite the changes, Cole Murray and Mortgage & Insurance Link Hawke’s Bay are still committed to providing the exceptional service and expertise, you have come to expect from them. We will continue to operate in the same way we always have, and your existing advisers will still be supporting you. It will be business as usual.
